疼痛护理联合心理护理干预对急性化脓性乳腺炎患者术后睡眠质量的改善效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探究疼痛护理联合心理护理干预对急性化脓性乳腺炎患者术后睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年10月福建省地质医院收治的急性化脓性乳腺炎患者74例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组给予常规手术护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合给予强化疼痛护理和心理护理的干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用数字分级法评分表(NRS)比较2组患者的疼痛感受,并比较2组患者的护理满意度。结果:护理干预2后,2组患者NRS评分、PSQI评分均有所降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对急性化脓性乳腺炎患者术后护理中的情况进行疼痛干预和心理护理,能够有效帮助患者保持正确情绪认知和积极态度,舒缓负面情绪,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To explore the effect of pain nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention on improving sleep quality in patients with acute suppurative mastitis after surgery.Methods:A total of 74 patients with acute suppurative mastitis admitted to Fujian Geological Hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine operation nursing,and the observation group was given intensive pain nursing and psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the change of sleep quality before and after the intervention between the 2 groups.The pain perception of the 2 groups was compared by Numerical Pain Scale(NRS),and the nursing satisfaction of the 2 groups was compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,NRS score and PSQI score of both groups of patients were decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the observation group nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between 2 groups was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Pain intervention and psychological nursing for patients with acute suppurative mastitis after surgery can effectively help patients maintain correct emotional cognition and positive attitude,relieve negative emotions,improve nursing satisfaction,worthy of clinical promotion.
