摘 要:目的:研究睡眠不足对医学生执行功能的影响。方法:纳入42例试验对象,建立24 h急性睡眠剥夺环境,采用Stroop范式、n-back范式以及数字广度量表评价试验对象睡眠剥夺前后的执行功能表现。结果:24 h急性睡眠剥夺会对试验对象的执行功能产生不良影响(P<0.05);与睡眠剥夺前比较,试验对象的Stroop任务反应时间短,正确率没有显著影响;n-back任务的正确率和数字广度实验量表的评分成绩下降。结论:24 h急性睡眠剥夺会使试验对象的抑制控制功能的处理速度增加,工作记忆功能表现下降。Objective:To study the effect of sleep deprivation on executive function in medical students.Methods:A total of 42 subjects were recruited in the study,and a 24 h acute sleep deprivation environment was established for them.During the experiment,Stroop paradigm,n-back paradigm and digital span test scale were used to evaluate the executive function of the subjects before and after sleep deprivation.Results:24 h sleep deprivation had adverse effects on the executive function of the subjects(P<0.05);Compared with that before sleep deprivation,the reaction time of Stroop task was shortened,and the accuracy was not significantly affected;The accuracy of n-back task and the score of digit span test scale decreased.Conclusion:24 h total sleep deprivation could increase the processing speed of inhibition control function and decrease the working memory function.
