糖尿病伴睡眠障碍患者HCY、HbA1c水平表达及与胰岛功能的相关性分析

摘  要:目的:探讨糖尿病伴睡眠障碍患者同型半胱胺酸(HCY)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平表达及与胰岛功能的相关性分析。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年10月于武夷山市立医院进行治疗的糖尿病伴睡眠障碍患者58例作为观察组,选取同期收治的糖尿病患者50例作为对照组,分析血清HCY、HbA1c水平变化情况及与胰岛功能的相关性。结果:观察组血清HCY、HbA1c表达水平较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清HOMA-β表达较对照组更低,FINS、HOMA-IR及ISI表达水平较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将胰岛功能作为因变量,将血清HCY、HbA1c分别作为自变量,在相关性分析结果中显示,血清HCY、HbA1c和HOMA-β之间呈负相关,血清HCY、HbA1c和FINS、HOMA-IR及ISI之间呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清HCY、HbA1c在糖尿病伴睡眠障碍中表达异常,与胰岛功能之间关系密切,对于病情控制具有重要临床意义。Objective:To study Expression of Homocysteine(HCY),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and its correlation with islet function in diabetic patients with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 58 patients with diabetes mellitus and sleep disorders who were treated in Wuyishan Municipal Hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 50 patients with diabetes who were treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The changes of serum HCY and HbA1c levels and their correlation with islet function were analyzed.Results:The expression levels of serum HCY and HbA1c in observation groupwere higher than those in control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The expression of HOMA-βin serum of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the expression of FINS,HOMA-IR and ISI were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Islet function was taken as the dependent variable,serum HCY and HbA1c were taken as the independent variables.The results of correlation analysis showed that serum HCY,HbA1c and HOMA-βwere negatively correlated,while serum HCY,HbA1c and FINS,HOMA-IR and ISI were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal expression of serum HCY and HbA1c in diabetic patients with sleep disorders is closely related to islet function,which has important clinical significance for disease control.
