1980-2014年江苏滨海滩涂围垦演变特征及其驱动机制研究

摘　　要：本文基于1980年、1990年、2000年、2014年4期遥感影像,运用RS和GIS技术,对1980年以来江苏沿海滩围垦演变特征进行分析,并揭示其驱动机制。结果表明:时间层面,1980―1990年围垦规模和强度<1990―2000年<2000―2014年,2000年以后的围垦规模远超于前2个时段,沿海滩涂开发利用强度较高;空间层面,滩涂围垦区呈现明显的差异,围垦区主要集中分布在大丰、射阳、如东和响水等县,其余区县分布相对较少。滩涂围垦区土地利用变化类型逐步多样化,其中,养殖用地和耕地是滩涂演变的主要类型,且具有较为连续的变化特征;滩涂演变为建设用地的规模较少,且建设用地增长具有间歇性特征。自然地理条件、人口增长、经济发展和政策导向是江苏沿海滩涂围垦区及用地类型演变的重要驱动因素。Based on four periods of remote sensing images in 1980,1990,2000 and 2014,this paper uses RS and GIS technology to analyze the evolution characteristics of reclamation along the Jiangsu coastal beach since 1980 and reveal its driving mechanism.The results show that the scale and intensity of reclamation from 1980 to 1990 are less than that from 1990 to 2000 and less than that from 2000 to 2014.The scale of reclamation after 2000 far exceeds the first two periods,with a higher intensity of development and utilization of the coastal beach.In terms of space,there are significant differences in the distribution of reclamation areas along the beach,which are mainly concentrated in Dafeng,Sheyang,Rudong,Xiangshui and other counties,while other areas have relatively few reclamation areas.The types of land use in the reclamation area gradually become more diversified,among which farming land and aquaculture land are the primary types of tideland evolution,with relatively continuous characteristics.The proportion of reclamation for construction land is relatively small,and its growth has intermittent features.Natural geographical conditions,population growth,economic development and policy guidance are all important driving factors for the evolution of land-use type in the reclamation areas along the Jiangsu coastal beach.
