设计专用比色管并改变实验操作改善环境空气二氧化硫测定校准曲线线性和斜率的探究

摘  要:实践中,《环境空气二氧化硫的测定甲醛吸收-副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法》HJ482-2009(下称HJ482-2009)绘制校准曲线时存在校准曲线线性差,斜率偏低,不满足“在给定条件下斜率应为0.042±0.004”的质量保证和质量控制要求的情况。本文通过设计使用甲醛吸收-副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法测定环境空气二氧化硫专用比色管(下称“专用比色管”)并改变实验操作绘制校准曲线4次,用具塞比色管按HJ482-2009中的实验操作绘制校准曲线4次。对结果进行统计比较后,发现通过设计使用专用比色管并改变实验操作绘制的校准曲线,与用具塞比色管按HJ482-2009中的实验操作绘制的校准曲线相比,线性和斜率均有改善,曲线线性良好,斜率满足方法要求。In practice,there is a problem of poor linearity and low slope in the calibration curve when drawing the calibration curve of sulfur dioxide in environmental air using the formaldehyde absorption-para-rosaniline spectrophotometric method(hereinafter referred to as HJ482-2009),which does not meet the quality assurance and quality control requirements that"the slope should be 0.042±0.004 under given conditions".This paper designs and uses a special colorimetric tube for the determination of environmental air sulfur dioxide using the formaldehyde absorption-para-rosaniline spectrophotometric method(hereinafter referred to as"special colorimetric tube")and changes the experimental operation to draw the calibration curve four times,and also draws the calibration curve four times using cuvette colorimetric tubes according to the experimental operation in HJ482-2009.After statistical comparison of the results,it was found that the calibration curve drawn by designing and using the special colorimetric tube and changing the experimental operation had improved linearity and slope compared with the calibration curve drawn by cuvette colorimetric tube according to the experimental operation in HJ482-2009,with good curve linearity and slope that met the requirements of the method.
