摘　　要：本文结合环保机构垂直管理改革大背景,对深圳市工业污染源相关管理制度及措施进行梳理,评估现有工业污染源监管政策措施存在的问题,从规划、审批、监管、监测、执法五大方面提出适应当前形势的工业污染源管理对策建议,可为工业污染源管理提供参考。Based on the background of the vertical management reform of environmental protection institutions,this article sorts out the relevant management systems and measures for industrial pollution sources in Shenzhen,evaluates the existing problems in the regulatory policies and measures for industrial pollution sources,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for industrial pollution source management that adapt to the current situation from five aspects,including planning,approval,supervision,monitoring,and law enforcement,which can provide reference for industrial pollution source management.
