升陷汤联合生脉散加味对慢性心力衰竭气阴两虚型患者心功能、血浆NT-proBNP及6MWT的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究升陷汤联合生脉散加味对气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭患者心功能、血浆氨基末端-B型利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)及6分钟步行试验(6MWT)距离的影响。方法:选取2021年4月-2022年4月就诊于北京王府中西医结合医院心内科,符合入组标准的患者78例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组常规治疗心力衰竭,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用升陷汤联合生脉散加味,均连续治疗12周,观察两组心功能、NT-proBNP指标、6MWT及中医症候改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组NT-proBNP、LVESD均较对照组低,LVEF值和6MWT均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:升陷汤联合生脉散加味在常规治疗基础上对治疗气阴两虚型的慢性心力衰竭是有效的。Objective:To study the effect of modified Shengxian Decoction combined with Shengmai Powder on the cardiac function,plasma NT-proBNP and 6-minute walk test(6MWT)distance of patients with chronic heart failure of Qi Yin deficiency type.Method:A total of 78 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Cardiology of Beijing Royal Integrative Medicine Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method.The control group received routine treatment for heart failure and the observation group was treated with modified Shengxian Decoction combined with Shengmai Powder on the basis of routine treatment.All patients were treated for 12 weeks.The cardiac function,NT-proBNP index,6MWT and the improvement of TCM syndrome in the two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,the NT-proBNP,LVESD of the observation group were lower compared to the control group,while the LVEF value and 6MWT were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Shengxian Decoction combined with Shengmai Powder is effective in treating chronic heart failure of Qi Yin deficiency type on the basis of routine treatment.
