摘　　要：目的探讨负压装置辅助输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术(FURSL)治疗肾结石的效果。方法选取2020年2月至2023年2月我院收治的100例肾结石患者,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL),观察组采用负压装置辅助FURSL。比较两组的手术相关指标、肾功能及不良反应情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组结石清除率较高,术中出血量较少,手术时间、术后恢复时间较短(P<0.05)。术后,观察组NGAL、尿Kim-1低于对照组,CysC高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.00%,低于对照组的32.00%(P<0.05)。结论负压装置辅助FURSL治疗肾结石的效果较好,可减少并发症发生,减轻对肾功能的影响,利于患者术后恢复。Objective To explore the effect of negative pressure device assisted flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy with holmium laser(FURSL)in the treatment of renal stones.Methods 100 patients with renal stones admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the lottery method.The control group received percutaneous nephrolithotripsy(PCNL),and the observation group received negative pressure device assisted FURSL.The surgery related indicators,renal function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the stone clearance rate of the observation group was higher,the intraoperative blood loss was less,and the surgical time,postoperative recovery time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the NGAL and urinary Kim-1 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the CysC level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.00%,lower than 32.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Negative pressure device assisted FURSL has better effect in the treatment of renal stones,which can reduce the complications,alleviate the impact on renal function,and facilitate postoperative recovery of patients.
