摘　　要：目的对比吲哚布芬片与阿司匹林肠溶片用于急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)围术期的效果。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月在我院行PCI的88例AMI患者,随机分为阿司匹林组(44例,替格瑞洛+阿司匹林)与吲哚布芬组(44例,替格瑞洛+吲哚布芬),对比两组的血小板参数、炎性因子水平及心功能指标。结果治疗后,吲哚布芬组MPV、LVEF高于阿司匹林组,PLT、LVEDD低于阿司匹林组(P<0.05);治疗后,吲哚布芬组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于阿司匹林组(P<0.05)。结论吲哚布芬片用于AMI患者PCI围术期的效果优于阿司匹林肠溶片,可显著改善患者血小板参数及心功能,降低术后炎性因子水平。Objective To compare the effects of indoibufen tablets and aspirin enteric-coated tablets in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)perioperative period.Methods 88 AMI patients undergoing PCI in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into aspirin group(44 cases,tigrenol+aspirin)and indobufen group(44 cases,tigrenol+indobufen).The platelet parameters,inflammatory factor levels and cardiac function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the MPV and LVEF of the indoibufen group were higher than those of the aspirin group,and the PLT and LVEDD were lower than those of the aspirin group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels of the indobufen group were lower than those of the aspirin group(P<0.05).Conclusions Indobufen tablets has better effect than aspirin enteric-coated tablets during the PCI perioperative period of AMI patients,which can significantly improve the platelet parameters and cardiac function,and reduce the postoperative inflammatory factor levels.
