摘　　要：目的探讨细菌溶解产物胶囊联合布地奈德吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的临床效果及对其免疫功能的影响。方法将100例AECOPD患者根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=58)和研究组(n=42)。对照组采用布地奈德吸入治疗,研究组采用细菌溶解产物胶囊联合布地奈德吸入治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、免疫功能指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.24%,明显高于对照组的74.14%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率(16.67%vs.13.79%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论细菌溶解产物胶囊联合布地奈德吸入治疗AECOPD患者的效果显著,并可有效促进患者自身免疫功能恢复,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of bacterial lysate capsules combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and the impact on immune function.Methods 100 AECOPD patients were divided into control group(n=58)and study group(n=42)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with budesonide inhalation,and the study group was treated with bacterial lysate capsules combined with budesonide inhalation.The clinical efficacy,immune function indicators(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8t)and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.24%,significantly higher than 74.14%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the CD8^(+)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(16.67%vs.13.79%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Bacterial lysate capsules combined with budesonide inhalation has significant effect in the treatment of AECOPD patients,and can effectively promote the recovery of autoimmune function with higher safety.
