自拟中药泡洗浴联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗足癣的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟中药泡洗浴联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗足癣的效果。方法选取2019年7月至2022年7月我院收治的60例足癣患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组应用萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用自拟中药泡洗浴治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、临床症状改善情况和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组的63.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的真菌清除率高于对照组,皮损面积评分、瘙痒评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟中药泡洗浴联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗足癣患者效果显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole cream in the treatment of tinea pedis.Methods 60 patients with tinea pedis admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole cream,and the observation group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine bath on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,significantly higher than 63.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fungus clearance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the skin lesion area score and itching score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Self-made traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with naftifine hydrochloride and ketoconazole cream in the treatment of tinea pedis has significant effect,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,with higher safety.
