摘　　要：目的探讨结核抗体检测联合痰涂片及痰培养诊断肺结核的价值。方法选取2020年12月至2022年12月本中心100例疑似肺结核患者,分为肺结核组(n=58)和非结核组(n=42)。两组均接受结核抗体、痰涂片、痰培养检测,分析其诊断肺结核的价值。结果肺结核组、非结核组结核抗体阳性检出率分别为50.00%、28.57%。结核抗体、痰涂片、痰培养诊断肺结核的准确度比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。联合检测诊断肺结核的AUC、灵敏度、特异度分别为0.821(95%CI:0.732~0.891)、50.00%、100.00%。结论结核抗体检测联合痰涂片及痰培养在肺结核的诊断中具有一定的价值,可提高诊断准确度。Objective To explore the value of tuberculosis antibody detection combined with sputum smear and sputum culture in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 100 patients with suspected pulmonary tuberculosis in our center from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into tuberculosis group(n=58)and non-tuberculosis group(n=42).Both groups received detection of tuberculosis antibody,sputum smear and sputum culture to analyze the diagnostic value of pulmonary tuberculosis.Results The positive detection rate of tuberculosis antibody in the tuberculosis group and non-tuberculosis group were respectively 50.00%and 28.57%.No statistical difference was found in the accuracy of tuberculosis antibody,sputum smear and sputum culture in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis(P>0.05).The AUC,sensitivity and specificity of combined detection in diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis were 0.821(95%CI:0.732-0.891),50.00%and 100.00%respectively.Conclusions Tuberculosis antibody detection combined with sputum smear and sputum culture has certain value in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis,and can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
