中药穴位贴敷在颈椎病患者康复治疗护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药穴位贴敷在颈椎病患者康复治疗护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月至2022年12月我院收治的90例颈椎病患者,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药穴位贴敷。比较两组的颈椎功能及活动度。结果干预后,两组的NPQ、NDI评分降低,且观察组的NPQ、NDI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的颈椎左旋转、右旋转、左侧屈、右侧屈活动度升高,且观察组颈椎左旋转、右旋转、左侧屈、右侧屈活动度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷用于颈椎病患者可降低其颈椎功能障碍,减轻颈项疼痛感,改善颈椎关节活动度。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint paste in the rehabilitation treatment and nursing of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods 90 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the method of drawing lots.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint paste on the basis of the control group.The cervical function and activity range were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the NPQ and NDI scores of the two groups decreased,and the NPQ and NDI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the activity ranges of left rotation,right rotation,left flexion,and right flexion of cervical spine in both groups increased,and the activity ranges of left rotation,right rotation,left flexion,and right flexion of cervical spine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint paste can reduce the cervical dysfunction,alleviate the neck pain,and improve the cervical joint activity in patients with cervical spondylosis.
