临床护理路径在甲状腺肿瘤手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究临床护理路径在甲状腺肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月在我院行甲状腺肿瘤手术的145例患者,根据护理方式不同将其分为对照组(n=72)和研究组(n=73)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用临床护理路径。比较两组的心理弹性水平[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、住院时间和住院费用。结果护理后,两组的CD-RISC评分均高于护理前,且研究组CD-RISC评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后1h、6h、12h、24h的VAS评分及住院费用低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于甲状腺肿瘤手术患者中效果显著,可明显提高患者心理弹性水平,减轻术后疼痛程度,缩短患者住院时间,降低住院费用。Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with thyroid tumor surgery.Methods 145 patients with thyroid tumor surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group(n=72)and study group(n=73)according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given clinical nursing pathway on the basis of the control group.The psychological resilience level[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the CD-RISC scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the CD-RISC score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores at 1 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h after surgery,and hospitalization expenses of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway applied in patients with thyroid tumor surgery has significant effect,which can significantly improve the psychological resilience level of patients,relieve the postoperative pain degree,and reduce the hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses.
