双相门冬胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究2型糖尿病患者使用双相门冬胰岛素的治疗效果。方法选取2021年9月—2022年9月在山西仁安医院确诊为2型糖尿病的90例患者,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组口服降糖药进行治疗,研究组采用双相门冬胰岛素治疗。对比两组疗效、治疗后餐后2 h血糖及空腹血糖水平、夜间低血糖和中餐前低血糖发生情况。结果对照组治疗总有效率低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组餐后2 h血糖及空腹血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组夜间低血糖和中餐前低血糖发生率均高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者使用双相门冬胰岛素的治疗效果极佳,值得临床采纳与推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of biphasic aspart insulin on type 2 diabetes patients.Methods 90 patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed in Shanxi Ren'an Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oral hypo-glycemic drugs,while the study group was treated with biphasic insulin aspartate.Compared the efficacy,the levels of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose after treatment,and the incidence of nocturnal hypoglyce-mia and pre lunch hypoglycemia of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nocturnal hypoglycemia and pre lunch hypoglycemia in the control group was higher than that in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of biphasic aspartate insulin on type 2 diabetes patients is ex-cellent,and it is worthy of clinical adoption and promotion.
