差异化护理专案对慢性肾功能衰竭合并糖尿病患者肾功能及血糖水平的影响

摘　　要：目的讨论差异化护理专案对慢性肾功能衰竭合并糖尿病患者肾功能及血糖水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月在福鼎市医院接受治疗的100例慢性肾功能衰竭合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组50例与研究组50例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施差异化护理专案。观察指标:血糖水平、肾功能水平、自我管理能力、生活质量。结果护理后研究组血糖水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后研究组肾功能水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后研究组自我管理能力指标均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后研究组生活质量指标均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾功能衰竭合并糖尿病患者接受差异化护理专案利于改善其血糖及肾功能指标,增强自我管理能力,提高生活质量。Objective To discuss the effects of differential care special program on renal function and blood glucose levels in patients with chronic renal failure combined with diabetes mellitus.Methods 100 patients with chronic renal failure complicated with diabetes who were treated in Fuding Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were se-lected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group of 50 cases and a study group of 50 cases.The control group implemented conventional care and the study group implemented differential care special pro-gram.Observation indexes:blood glucose level,renal function level,self-management ability,and quality of life.Results The blood glucose levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after care,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of renal function in the study group after care was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-management ability indexes of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group after care,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life indicators of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group after care,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Differ-ential care special program for patients with chronic renal failure combined with diabetes is beneficial to improve their blood glucose and renal function indexes,enhance self-management ability and improve quality of life.
