摘　　要：随着我国老龄化进程的不断加速,老年糖尿病患者群体不断扩大。老年糖尿病是军队离退休老干部罹患的最常见的慢性疾病之一。本文引用并结合糖尿病综合管理方法,联系本干休所门诊部实际工作情况,重点总结本门诊部目前糖尿病综合管理情况,以期为军队干休所及养老社区提供老年糖尿病综合管理的参考建议及方法。With the accelerated aging process in China,the group of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus has been expanding.Geriatric diabetes mellitus is one of the most common chronic diseases among retired military cadres.This article cites and combines the integrated management of diabetes mellitus with the actual work of the outpatient de-partment of the cadre recuperation institute,and key summary the current integrated management of diabetes mellitus in our outpatient department,in order to provide reference suggestions and methods for the integrated management of geriatric diabetes mellitus in military cadre recuperation institutes and retirement communities.
