摘　　要：正常血糖型糖尿病酮症酸中毒(euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis,EuDKA)是指发生了糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetic ketoacidosis,DKA)但是血糖水平正常或略微升高,在1型糖尿病(type 1 diabetes mellitus,T1DM)患者中发生率较高。尽管EuDKA发病率较低,但是流行病学调查显示近年来EuDKA发病率呈现上升趋势。EuDKA常见的诱因包括使用钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2抑制剂(sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibition,SGLT-2i)、妊娠、生酮饮食、手术等,其发病机制因诱因的不同而有所区别,但是其核心环节为胰岛素的缺乏。本文将重点阐述EuDKA发病机制与诱因的研究进展,旨在加强人们对EuDKA的认识。Normal diabetic Diabetic ketoacidosis(EuDKA)refers Diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA)with normal or slightly elevated blood glucose levels.It has a high incidence in patients with Type 1 diabetes(T1DM).Although the inci-dence rate of EuDKA is low,the epidemiological survey shows that the incidence rate of EuDKA is on the rise in re-cent years.Common inducements of EuDKA include the use of sodium glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitor(SGLT-2i),pregnancy,Ketogenic diet,surgery,etc.The pathogenesis of EuDKA varies with different inducements,but its core link is the lack of insulin.This article will focus on the research progress of the pathogenesis and triggers of EuDKA,aiming to strengthen people's understanding of EuDKA.
