摘　　要：线粒体衍生肽(mitochondria-derived peptides,MDPs)是一类由线粒体自身合成的小分子多肽,在应激状态下,可作为逆向信号分子调控细胞核基因的转录,发挥保护细胞代谢的生物学效应。研究显示,MDPs在多种代谢性疾病的发生发展中可能发挥重要的作用。本文将结合近年来相关文献,就MDPs在糖尿病中的特点及可能作用及机制进行综述。Mitochondria-derived peptides(MDPs)are a class of small molecular peptides synthesized by mitochon-dria themselves,which can act as retrograde signaling molecules to regulate the transcription of cellular nuclear genes and exert biological effects to protect cellular metabolism under stress conditions.Studies have shown that MDPs may play an important role in the development of various metabolic diseases.In this paper,we will review the characteris-tics and possible roles and mechanisms of MDPs in diabetes mellitus,taking into account the relevant literature in re-cent years.
