坦洛新联合前列倍喜胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的效果及对NIH-CPSI评分、白细胞计数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨坦洛新联合前列倍喜胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎(CP)的效果及对美国国立卫生院的慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分、白细胞计数的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院接收的80例CP患者,依据患者入院编号的奇偶性将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予前列倍喜胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予坦洛新治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞计数及白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组,卵磷脂小体计数高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的NIH-CPSI各维度及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、自然杀伤(NK)细胞、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))高于对照组,白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8^(+))低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论坦洛新联合前列倍喜胶囊治疗CP的效果理想,可降低患者的白细胞计数及NIH-CPSI评分,改善免疫功能,缓解焦虑情绪,且安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of tamsulosin combined with Qianlie Beixi capsule on chronic prostatitis(CP)and its influences on National Institutes of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI)score and white blood cell count.Methods A total of 80 CP patients enrolled in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into control group and observation group according to the parity of admission number,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Qianlie Beixi capsule,and the observation group was treated with tamsulosin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count,interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the lecithin corpuscle count was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension of NIH-CPSI and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+)),natural killer(NK)cells and cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8^(+))was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tamsulosin combined with Qianlie Beixi capsule in the treatment of CP has ideal effect,which can reduce the white blood cell count and NIH-CPSI scores of patients,improve immune function,and relieve anxiety,with high safety.
