甘草锌颗粒联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片对腹泻患儿肠道微生态及微量元素、炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析甘草锌颗粒联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗腹泻的临床效果。方法选择2020年1月至2022年12月我院收治的400例腹泻患儿为研究对象,以治疗方案差异将其分为常规组(200例,双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗)和观察组(200例,甘草锌颗粒联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的双歧杆菌、乳杆菌数量多于常规组,肠杆菌数量少于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的锌、钙、铁水平高于常规组,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间的浮肿、腹胀发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的发热症状改善时间、腹泻症状改善时间及住院时长短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论甘草锌颗粒联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗腹泻患儿的效果良好。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of licorzine granules combined with live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus tablets in the treatment of diarrhea.Methods A total of 400 children with diarrhea admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of treatment plan,the children were divided into conventional group(200 cases,treated with live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus tablets)and observation group(200 cases,treated with licorzine granules combined with live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus tablets).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group were more than those in the conventional group,and the number of Enterobacter was less than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of zinc,calcium and iron in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of edema and abdominal distension between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05);the improvement time of fever symptoms,the improvement time of diarrhea symptoms and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Licorzine granules combined with live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus tablets in the treatment of children with diarrhea has a good effect.
