益气活血通络中药在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨益气活血通络中药在糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月我院收治的104例DPN患者为研究对象,采用电脑盲选法将其分为对照组和研究组,各52例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予益气活血通络中药治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的踝肱指数(ABI)显著高于对照组,多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)评分及中医证候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平均显著低于对照组,25-羟基维生素D3[25(OH)D3]水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血通络中药可有效缓解DPN患者的中医证候,减轻微血管内皮细胞损伤,调节神经生长因子水平,对控制病情进展具有积极意义。Objective To explore the application effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo herbs in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 104 DPN patients admitted in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and study group by computer blind selection method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo herbs on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Ankle Brachial Index(ABI)of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,Toronto Clinical Scoring System(TCSS)score and TCM syndrome score were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of advanced glycation end-products(AGEs),soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1),homocysteine(HCY)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of 25 hydroxyvitamin D3[25(OH)D3]was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo herbs can effectively alleviate the TCM syndrome of DPN patients,reduce damage to microvascular endothelial cells,regulate the level of nerve growth factor,and have positive significance in controlling the progression of the disease.
