温经汤对月经病实寒证患者炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的研究温经汤治疗月经病实寒证患者的临床效果。方法选取本院2020年3月至2021年3月收治的200例月经病实寒证患者为研究对象,采用硬币分组法将其分为西医组(布洛芬缓释胶囊)和中医组(温经汤),每组100例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,中医组的促卵泡激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平及子宫动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV)高于西医组,白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、子宫动脉搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)及中医证候积分低于西医组(P<0.05)。结论温经汤可改善月经病实寒证患者的性激素水平,降低炎症因子水平,疗效显著。Objective To study the clinical effect of Wenjing decoction in the treatment of patients with menstrual disease of excess cold syndrome.Methods A total of 200 patients with menstrual disease of excess cold syndrome admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into western medicine group(ibuprofen sustained-release capsule)and traditional Chinese medicine group(Wenjing decoction)by coin grouping method,with 100 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))and peak systolic velocity(PSV)of uterine artery in the traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than those in the western medicine group,and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),pulse index(PI),resistance index(RI)of uterine artery and TCM syndrome score were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenjing decoction can improve the level of sex hormones and reduce the inflammatory factors levels in patients with menstrual disease of excess cold syndrome,and the curative effect is remarkable.
