摘　　要：目的探讨处方前置审核联合点评对门诊处方质量的影响,以促进临床合理用药,保障用药安全。方法抽取2021年2月至3月我院门诊4000张处方为对照组(常规处方审核),2022年2月至3月4000张处方为观察组(处方前置审核联合点评)。比较两组的处方审核结果及不合理处方类型。结果观察组的合理处方占比高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的适应证不适宜、遴选的药品不适宜、有配伍禁忌或不良相互作用不合理处方占比低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的用法用量不适宜、药品剂型或给药途径不适宜、重复给药不合理处方占比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论处方前置审核联合点评促进了门诊合理用药,提高了处方合格率。审方药师应针对存在的问题制定相应的措施,促进合理用药,保证患者用药安全。Objective To explore the effect of pre-audit combined with comment of prescription on the quality of outpatient prescriptions,so as to promote clinical rational drug use and ensure the safety of drug use.Methods A total of 4000 prescriptions in the outpatient of our hospital from February to March 2021 were selected as control group(routine prescription audit),and 4000 prescriptions from February to March 2022 were selected as observation group(pre-audit combined with comment of prescription).The prescription audit results and unreasonable prescription types of the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of reasonable prescriptions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportions of unreasonable prescriptions with unsuitable indication,drugs selected not appropriate,incompatibility or adverse interactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the proportions of unreasonable prescriptions with inappropriate usage and dosage,inappropriate dosage form or administration route and repeated administration between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pre-audit combined with comment of prescription can promote outpatient rational drug use and improve qualified rate of prescriptions.Pharmacists should formulate corresponding measures according to the existing problems to promote rational drug use and ensure the safety of patients'medication.
