摘 要:目的探讨“互联网+支架式教学”在手术室护理本科生实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年11月在手术室轮转实习的120名护理本科生,按照到科批次的奇偶性将其分为对照组(60名,集中授课结合一对一导师带教制)和观察组(60名,“互联网+支架式教学”)。比较两组的带教效果。结果观察组的理论考核成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的操作考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的学习意识、学习行为、学习策略、学习评价、人际关系评分及总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的独立工作能力、合作性、主动性、学习态度评分及总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的专业知识与技能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的手术室带教满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+支架式教学”在手术室护理本科生实习带教中取得了良好效果,可有效提升护生的自我导向学习能力及岗位胜任力。Objective To explore the application effect of"internet+scaffolding teaching"in the practice teaching of nursing undergraduates in operating room.Methods From September 2020 to November 2021,120 nursing undergraduates who had rotation practice in the operating room were selected and divided into control group(60 cases,centralized teaching combined with one-to-one tutor teaching system)and observation group(60 cases,"internet+scaffolding teaching")according to the parity of the batches to the department.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical assessment score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the score of operation assessment between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of learning consciousness,learning behavior,learning strategy,learning evaluation,interpersonal relationship and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of independent working ability,cooperation,initiative,learning attitude and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the scores of professional knowledge and skills between the two groups(P>0.05).The operating room teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"internet+scaffolding teaching"has achieved good results in the practice teaching of nursing undergraduates in operating room,which can effectively improve nursing students'self-directed learning ability and post competence.
