摘 要:泵站远程自动控制系统可将泵站的安全防范、运行、调度、分析等统一建设到综合监控平台上,具有远程控制、自动化操作等功能,提升排水泵运行控制智能化和运行管理精细化水平,提高防洪调度效能。研究泵站远程自动控制系统的结构、功能、控制方式、现场测控单元、主要设备选型及监控设备系统配置,应用该远程自动控制系统实现了对泵站水池液面或进站压力、泵组工作状态、出库流量、出库压力等的远程监控。该远程自动控制系统支持手动控制、自动控制和远程控制泵组的泵启动和泵启动设备的启停。The pump station remote automatic control system can unify the construction of pump station safety prevention,operation,scheduling and analysis onto a comprehensive monitoring platform.It has functions such as remote control and automatic operation,improving the intelligence of drainage pump operation control and refinement of operation management,and improving the efficiency of flood control scheduling.The structure,function,control mode,on-site measurement and control unit,main equipment selection and monitoring equipment system configuration of the remote automatic control system of the pump station are studied.The application of this remote automatic control system realizes the remote monitoring of the liquid level or inlet pressure of the pumping station,the working status of the pump group,the outbound flow,and the outbound pressure.The remote automatic control system supports manual control,automatic control and remote control of pump start and start and stop of pump starting equipment.
