摘　　要：针对海上风电模块化建设和运维高要求,对高压断路操作箱回路复杂、抗干扰能力弱、防护等级低等不足开展改进工作,主要设计改进工作包括简化操作回路、利用抗工频大功率继电器回路提升抗干扰能力、实施IP67无防护安装改造、对外采用航空插头支持即插即用等,同时提出了针对海上风电模块化建设的安装方案、一/二次融合模块化安装方案,可适应于海上风电新项目及传统变电站项目。In view of the high requirements of modular construction and operation and maintenance of offshore wind power,the improvement work has been carried out on the shortcomings of the high-voltage circuit breaker operation box circuit,weak anti-interference ability and low protection level.The main design improvement work includes simplifying the operation circuit,using the anti-power frequency high-power relay circuit to improve the anti-interference ability,implementing IP67 unprotected installation and transformation,and supporting plug-and-play with aviation plugs.At the same time,the installation scheme and the first/secondary integration modular installation scheme for the modular construction of offshore wind power are proposed,which can be adapted to new offshore wind power projects and traditional substation projects.
