摘 要:针对配电终端复杂的测试流程及容易漏检、错检的人工测试方法,提出了通过建立可视化的数据映射视图、可编辑的测试流程文本,扫描设备二维码自动启动测试流程,实现测试过程的智能控制,最后上传测试报告到企业云端的智能测试方法。基于该方案所设计的智能测试系统已在某地区智能产业园投入使用,有效提高了设备的测试效率和到货检一次性通过率。Aiming at the complex test process of power distribution terminals and the manual testing methods that are easy to miss and wrong detection,it is proposed to automatically start the test process by establishing a visual data mapping view and editable test process text,and scanning the two-dimensional code of the equipment.The intelligent control of the test process is realized,and finally the test report is uploaded to the enterprise cloud.The intelligent test system designed based on this scheme has been put into use in an intelligent industrial park in a certain region,which effectively improves the test efficiency of equipment and the one-time pass rate of arrival inspection.
