摘  要:大力部署新能源发电已成为油田企业构建清洁低碳、安全高效供能体系的有效手段。部分油田通过调整内部电价机制,提升新能源的消纳能力。油田注水环节供电可靠性要求较高,可由油田电网与地方电网联合构成双电源为之供电,同时配置储能可以更有效地利用双电源网络的电价差异和进行削峰填谷。针对油田电网与地方电网的电价机制差异,提出了一种考虑分时电价的注水站储能容量优化方法,基于运行效益最优确定储能容量的配置策略和充放策略,并以投资回收率和投资回收期两个指标对配置方案进行效益分析。结合某油田注水站电源配置与负荷情况,验证了适用于该场景的储能配置策略的有效性。Vigorously deploying new energy generation has become an effective means for oil field companies to build a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy supply system.Some oilfields improve the absorption capacity of new energy by adjusting the internal electricity price mechanism.The reliability of power supply in the oilfield water injection link is high,and the oilfield power grid and the local power grid can jointly form a dual power supply to supply it,and the configuration of energy storage can more effectively make use of the electricity price difference of the dual power supply network and carry out peak shaving and valley filling.Aiming at the difference between the electricity price mechanism of oilfield power grid and local power grid,an optimization method for energy storage capacity of water injection station considering time-of-use electricity price is proposed.Based on the optimal operation efficiency,the allocation strategy and charging and discharging strategy of energy storage capacity are determined,and the benefit analysis of the allocation scheme is carried out based on two indicators:investment recovery rate and payback period.Combined with the power configuration and load of an oilfield water injection station,the effectiveness of the energy storage configuration strategy applicable to this scenario is verified.
