摘 要:随着智能电网的不断发展,大量分布式新能源并网需求出现,大幅增加了同期合闸操作数量。但现有的测控装置已不能满足母线PT断线情况的需要,导致非同期合闸风险出现概率上升,必须进行相应的改进。为适应一键顺控,提高调度执行效率,将原有调度端遥控合闸操作前,需根据遥控类型(检无压、检同期、强制)执行软压板遥控操作方式,改为直控(即取消遥控软压板操作),通过测控装置增加带电显示器信号接入,优化测控装置PT断线判断逻辑,避免非同期合闸事故的发生。With the continuous development of smart grid,a large number of distributed new energy grid-connected needs have emerged,which has greatly increased the number of closing operations in the same period.However,the existing measurement and control devices can no longer meet the needs of bus PT disconnection,resulting in an increase in the probability of non-contemporaneous closing risk,and corresponding improvements must be made.In order to adapt to the one-key sequential control and improve the efficiency of dispatching execution,the remote control closing operation of the original dispatching end is changed to direct control(that is,cancel the remote control soft pressure plate operation)according to the type of remote control(no pressure,simultaneous inspection,and compulsory).The live display signal access is increased through the measurement and control device,and the PT disconnection judgment logic of the measurement and control device is optimized,avoiding the occurrence of non-simultaneous closing accidents.
