摘　　要：伴随着激烈的市场竞争,建筑施工企业的利润空间不断降低,而成本管控直接影响着企业的利润率,对于成本管控水平的优劣成为了评判一个企业管理以及未来发展能力的重要指标。本文以A建筑公司某办公楼工程为例,探讨了成本管控过程中可以采取的手段与方法,以期对建筑企业成本控制具有一定的参考价值。With the fierce market competition,the profit space of construction enterprises is decreasing,and cost control directly affects the profit margin of enterprises.The quality of cost control has become an important indicator to judge the management and future development ability of an enterprise.Taking an office building project of A Construction Company as an example,this paper discusses the means and methods that can be adopted in the process of cost control,with a view to providing a certain reference value for cost control of construction enterprises.
