摘 要:本文深入剖析煤矿采区水泵房传统排水方式存在的问题,指出PLC自动监测控制排水系统具备的技术优势与创新效果,并简单阐述自动化排水系统的工作原理,同时具备可实现自动抽注水、水位监测、参数显示与传输、故障预警与保护、电机自控保护等功能。利用在本矿井采区水泵房的实际应用案例说明,自动化排水系统具有数据可视化、快速传输、故障率低、高效稳定等特点,可降低人工投入成本,具有较好的推广应用价值。This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the traditional drainage method of the water pump room in coal mining areas,points out the technical advantages and innovative effects of the PLC automatic monitoring and control drainage system,and briefly explains the working principle of the automatic drainage system.At the same time,it has functions such as automatic pumping and water injection,water level monitoring,parameter display and transmission,fault warning and protection,and motor automatic control protection.The actual application case of the water pump room in this mining area is used to illustrate the automatic drainage system has the characteristics of data visualization,fast transmission,low failure rate,high efficiency and stability,which can reduce the cost of labor input,and has good application value.
