摘 要:鲁班山北矿原煤运输虽然实现了连续化胶带输送机运输,但由于系统形成时间早,存在管理落后、安全基础薄弱、劳动用工多、运行成本高等问题。为此,本文通过研究原煤运输系统智能化控制技术,优选了适用于该矿井的系统方案和相关设备。经现场应用试验表明,该技术取得了显著效果,实现了带式输送机的智能保护、智能联动控制、智能调速及智能巡检,以及减人增效、无人值守和节能降耗,大幅提升了自动化水平和运营管理水平。Although the transportation of raw coal in Lubansha n North Mine has achieved continuous belt conveyor transportation,due to the early formation of the system,there are problems such as outdated management,weak safety foundation,excessive labor,and high operating costs.Therefore,this paper studies the intelligent control technology of the raw coal transportation system,selects the system scheme and related equipment suitable for the mine.Field application experiments have shown that this technology has achieved significant results,achieving intelligent protection,intelligent linkage control,intelligent speed regulation,and intelligent inspection of belt conveyors,as well as reducing personnel,increasing efficiency,unmanned operation,and energy conservation,greatly improving the level of automation and operation management.
