摘 要:本文针对某型航空发动机机载HUMS系统测量振动幅值偏大问题,深入分析了发动机振动数据,并利用专用仪器设备振动测量发动机,逐一排查与分析可能原因。结合对比验证情况,分析得出:HUMS系统测振支架固有频率与发动机动力涡轮转子二倍频频率接近;HUMS系统设置振动总量频率范围不合理。This paper aiming at the problem that the vibration amplitude measured by the airborne HMUS system of an aeroengine was too large,deeply analyzed the engine vibration data.And the vibration of the engine is measured by the special instruments and equipment.The possible reasons are analyzed and investigated one by one.Combined with the comparative verification,the reason was obtained.Firstly,the natural frequency of the vibration measuring bracket of HUMS system was close to the second frequency of engine power turbine rotor.Secondly,it was unreasonable to set the frequency range of total vibration in HUMS system.
