摘  要:随着铝行业的不断发展,铝板带产品的产量需求不断上升,铝板带生产设备生产效率需得到进一步提升。冷轧机是铝板带材的重要生产设备之一,缩短冷轧机的生产辅助时间是提高生产效率的重要手段之一。在冷轧机开卷区域,可优化自动上卷功能,缩短上卷辅助时间,但同时需保证其安全性能。本文以某铝冷轧机为例,介绍了自动上卷过程进行优化后卷材快速上卷和防止碰撞的方法。With the continuous development of the aluminum industry,the production demand of aluminum strip products is also rising,and the production efficiency of aluminum strip production equipment needs to be further improved.Cold rolling mill is one of the important production equipment of aluminum strip.Saving the auxiliary time of cold rolling mill is one of the important means to improve production efficiency.In the uncoiling area of cold rolling mill,the function of automatic coil transportation can be optimized to save the auxiliary time of coil transportation,but at the same time,its safety performance should be guaranteed.Taking an aluminum cold rolling mill as an example,this paper introduces the method of rapid transportation of coil and collision prevention after optimization of automatic coil transportation process.
