摘 要:为改善某煤矿锚网支护巷道矿压监测系统监测精度不高等问题,分别从巷道表面位移、支护锚杆受力以及锚索的受力3个方面改进了监测方案,经过现场使用,改进的监测数据传递速率提升了10.3%,传递精度提高了11.2%。监测系统实现了地压的实时传输,监测期间节约了人工维护与维修成本近15万元,降低了事故发生率,间接提高了矿区的经济效益。In order to improve the low monitoring accuracy of the mine pressure monitoring system of a coal mine bolting and mesh support roadway,the monitoring scheme was improved from three aspects:Roadway surface displacement,support bolt force and anchor cable force.After field use,the improved monitoring data transmission rate increased by 10.3%,and the transmission accuracy increased by 11.2%.The monitoring system realizes the real-time transmission of ground pressure,saves 150000 yuan of manual maintenance and repair costs during the monitoring period,reduces the accident rate,and indirectly improves the economic benefits of the mining area.
