摘　　要：在国内某大型化工厂,新建项目配套歧化压缩机由10kV/6800kW的电动机驱动,由于电动机功率较大,启动时电流也很大,会给整个供电网络带来较大冲击。为减少电动机的启动电流及启动应力,削弱电机启动时对电网的影响,本项目为歧化压缩机高压电动机配备了固态软启动装置。本文分析了歧化压缩机在调试过程中因固态软启动装置跳闸引起的机组非计划停车的原因,并通过调整固态软启动装置的参数和启动方式,使设备正常平稳运行,从而满足生产及工艺需求。In a large chemical plant in China,the new disproportionation compressor is equipped with a 10 kV/6800 kW motor.When the medium and large motor starts,the current is large,it will bring a big impact to the whole power supply network.In order to decnease the starting current of the motor and the starting stress,and weaken the influence of the motor on the power grid when the motor starts,This project is equipped with solid state soft starting device for high voltage motor.This paper analyzes the reasons for the unplanned shutdown of the unit caused by the solid-state soft start fault of the disproportionated compressor during load debugging,and adjusts the starting parameters and modes of the solid-state soft start cabinet to achieve the normal and stable start of the equipment,so as to meet the production and process requirements.
