摘　　要：不孕症的发生率呈逐年递增趋势,如何有效解决不孕症问题已成为生殖医学重点研究的内容。引起女性不孕的因素有遗传性、感染性、内分泌性及免疫性等,其中约30%~40%与自身免疫抗体相关。因此,本文将从自身免疫抗体对女性生育力的影响进行综述,为不孕女性的早期诊断及治疗提供思路。The incidence of infertility is increasing year by year.How to effectively address the problem of infertility has become a major research priority in reproductive medicine.Factors causing female infertility include genetic,infectious,endocrine and immunological factors,of which approximately 30%-40%are associated with autoimmune antibodies.This paper reviews the impact of autoimmune antibodies on female fertility and provides ideas for the early diagnosis and treatment of female infertile.
