摘 要:能源与环境危机使得电动汽车逐渐代替传统燃油汽车,但电动汽车的安全问题一直困扰着其进一步大规模投入市场。针对电动汽车锂离子电池电解液易燃、易爆炸这一安全问题,急需开发高安全性环保型无卤阻燃剂。目前应用于电动汽车的锂离子电池电解液的无卤阻燃剂主要包括有机磷系阻燃剂、有机硅类系阻燃剂、复合型阻燃剂和其他类型阻燃剂。作者详细总结了电动汽车的锂离子电池电解液所用的各类无卤阻燃剂的特点、作用机理和研究进展。Energy and environmental crisis made electric vehicles gradually replace traditional fuel vehicles,but the safety problem of electric vehicles has restricted its further development.The main safety problems of lithium-ion batteries are flammable and explosive.It is urgent to develop high-safety and environmentally friendly halogen-free flame retardants to improve the traditional flammable carbonate electrolyte.The halogen-free flame retardants mainly include organophosphorus flame retardants,silicone flame retardants,composite flame retardants and other types.The authors summarized the characteristics of various type of halogen-free flame retardants,their mechanism of action and research progress.
