摘 要:【目的】为了提高立式饲料混合机的混合效率,需要研究不同搅拌桨形状、桨叶长度和数量条件下的混合效率,设计一款搅拌效率高的新型搅拌桨。【方法】课题组通过CFD仿真模拟,探究不同搅拌桨形状、数量以及桨叶长度对流场的影响,并根据混合机内速度场和湍流动能的变化,评估不同搅拌桨的搅拌效果。采用单因素实验设计,在每组实验中只改变一个自变量(即搅拌桨形状、数量或桨叶长度),对流场的速度和湍流动能变化进行分析研究。【结果】1)搅拌桨数量、长度不变,转速为50 r/min条件下,装配锚式搅拌装置的混合机内部流体的速度分布面积更为广阔,产生的湍流动能最大,为0.00567 m^(2)/s^(2);2)搅拌桨数量不变,桨叶从110 mm增加至150 mm时,混合机内的死区面积明显减少,桨叶附近的湍流强度明显升高;3)在锚式搅拌装置且转速为50 r/min的条件下,当主轴安装有两层搅拌桨时,混合机顶部和底部的速度都有所改善,部分区域可达到0.36 m/s,所产生的最大湍流动能为0.0048 m^(2)/s^(2),平均湍流动能分布均匀。【结论】在转速为50 r/min,液体粘度为0.0196 Pa·s,密度为1081 kg/m3的条件下,桨叶为150 mm的两层锚式搅拌装置的组合设计可显著提高流场内物料的混合均匀性和混合效率。本研究结果可为立式饲料混合机的设计和优化提供重要参考,并且对于其他类似混合机的研究也具有借鉴意义。[Objective]In order to improve the mixing efficiency of a vertical feed mixer,it is necessary to study the mixing efficiency under different conditions of blade shape,blade length,and number,and design a new type of stirring blade with high mixing efficiency.[Method]The research team used CFD simulation to explore the effects of different shapes,numbers,and blade lengths of stirring paddles on the flow field,and evaluated the stirring effect of different stirring paddles based on the changes in velocity field and turbulent kinetic energy in the mixer.Using a single factor experimental design,only one independent variable(i.e.the shape,number,or blade length of the agitator blades)is changed in each experiment to analyze and study the changes in velocity and turbulent kinetic energy of the flow field.[Result]1)Under the condition that the number and length of agitators remain unchanged,and the rotational speed is 50 r/min,the velocity distribution area of the fluid inside the mixer equipped with an anchor mixer is wider,and the turbulent kinetic energy generated is the largest,0.00567 m^(2)/s^(2).2)When the number of stirring paddles remains unchanged and the number of blades increases from 110 mm to 150 mm,the dead zone area inside the mixer decreases significantly,and the turbulence intensity near the blades increases significantly.3)Under the condition of an anchor type stirring device with a speed of 50 r/min,when two layers of stirring paddles are installed on the main shaft,the speed at the top and bottom of the mixer is improved,with some areas reaching 0.36 m/s.The maximum turbulence kinetic energy generated is 0.0048 m^(2)/s^(2),and the average turbulence kinetic energy distribution is uniform.[Conclusion]Under the conditions of a speed of 50 r/min,liquid viscosity of 0.0196 Pa·s,and density of 1081 kg/m3,the combination design of a two-layer anchor stirring device with a blade of 150 mm can significantly improve the mixing uniformity and efficiency of materials in the flow field.The results of this stud
