摘　　要：加强对领导干部队伍特别是“一把手”的监督,是新时代坚持和加强党的全面领导、提高党的建设质量、推动全面从严治党向纵深发展的必然要求。新时代“一把手”监督出现了监督意识薄弱、监督能力不足、监督制度不完善等新难题。新时代加强对“一把手”的监督,迫切需要从加强“一把手”的思想教育、提升监督能力、完善监督制度等方面寻求解决路径,以合力释放监督效能。Strengthening the supervision of leading cadres,especially the heads of the Party and government,is an inevitable re⁃quirement in the new era to uphold and strengthen the Party’s overall leadership,improve the quality of the Party building,and pro⁃mote comprehensive and strict governance over the Party.In the new era,there have been new challenges in the supervision of the heads,such as weak supervision consciousness,insufficient supervision ability,and imperfect supervision system.Therefore,it is ur⁃gent to seek solutions to strengthening the supervision of the heads from the aspects of strengthening the ideological education,impro⁃ving the supervision ability,perfecting the supervision system and so on,so as to jointly release the supervision efficiency.
