摘 要:针对泥页岩地层微孔隙发育,钻进过程发生水敏性侵害易失稳、易垮塌的情况,以乳液聚合法制备了聚合物微球封堵防塌剂,采用扫描电镜表征了微球的微观形貌,采用拉曼光谱仪、红外光谱仪分析了微球的结构组成;采用核孔膜封堵与页岩滚动回收评价了微球的封堵防塌性能。结果表明,聚合物微球形貌规整,粒径范围为0.75~4.15μm,成核生长与反应时间呈正相关。微球对5μm孔喉封堵效果相对最优,2%(质量分数)加量下坂土浆150℃二次滚动回收率从73.3%提高至90.0%。A polymer microsphere blocking agent is prepared by emulsion polymerization.The micromorphology of the microspheres was characterized by scanning electron microscope.The structure and composition of the microspheres were analyzed by Raman spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy,and the formation mechanism was analyzed using a laser particle size analyzer.The plugging and anti-sloughing properties of the microspheres were evaluated using nuclear pore membrane plugging instrument and shale rolling recovery experiments.The results showed that the morphology of polymer microspheres was regular and the particle sizes ranged from 0.75 to 4.15μm.The nucleation growth was positively correlated with the reaction time.Polymer microspheres have the best plugging effect on 5μm pores.When the polymer microspheres were added at 2%,the secondary rolling recovery rate of soil slurry at 150℃increased from 73.3%to 90.0%.
