摘 要:研究了碱性物质对异丙苯氧化制过氧化氢异丙苯(CHP)中压工艺的影响,考察了在反应过程中添加Na_(2)CO_(3)对氧化反应产物中有机酸含量、关键杂质苯酚及氧化反应性能的影响。实验结果表明,采用鼓泡塔反应器,在反应压力300 kPa、反应温度90~102℃、尾氧控制4%~6%的条件下,若不添加碱性物质则氧化反应会持续恶化。在反应过程中,以3~5 mL/min向反应器中加入0.5%Na 2CO 3,可促进反应稳定进行,降低反应产物中有机酸含量至20 mg/L,降低苯酚的选择性至0.06%,提高目标产物CHP选择性至92%,有效产物CHP+DMBA的选择性至99%。碱性物质的添加有益于异丙苯氧化制CHP反应进行。The effect of alkaline substances on the medium pressure process of cumene oxidation to CHP was studied,and the effect of adding alkaline substance Na_(2)CO_(3)during the reaction process on the content of organic acid,key impurity phenol and the oxidation reaction performance in the oxidation reaction product was investigated.The experimental results show that the oxidation reaction will continue to deteriorate if no alkaline substances are added under the condition that the reaction pressure is 300 kPa,the reaction temperature is 90102℃,and the tail oxygen is controlled at 4%6%.During the reaction,adding 0.5%Na 2CO 3 to the reactor at a rate of 35 mL/min can promote the stable reaction,reduce the organic acid content in the reaction product to 20 mg/L,and reduce the selectivity of phenol to 0.06%,increasing the selectivity of the target product CHP to 92%,and the selectivity of the effective product CHP+DMBA to 99%.The addition of alkaline substances is beneficial to the oxidation of cumene to CHP.
