摘 要:综述了以甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为主的醇胺法脱碳工艺中的腐蚀行为及机理,指出酸性气体(CO_(2))、热稳定性盐(HSS)、氯离子以及活化剂是导致系统腐蚀的主要因素。对现有防护技术的研究进展进行了总结,发现添加缓蚀剂是最廉价而有效的防护手段,对离子液体型缓蚀剂的应用进行了展望。The corrosion behavior and mechanism of decarburization process with methyldiethanolamine(MDEA)as the main component were reviewed.The results indicated that acid gas(CO_(2)),heat stable salts(HSS),chloride ions(Cl^(-))and activators were the main factors leading to system corrosion.The research progress of the existing protection technologies was summarized,and it was found that adding corrosion inhibitors is the cheapest and effective protection method.The research of ionic liquid corrosion inhibitor was also prospected.
