摘  要:建立超痕量六价铬分析仪的校准方法。基于超痕量六价铬分析仪的结构、工作原理,参考仪器出厂指标及JJG823—2014《离子色谱仪检定规程》,确定泵流量设定值误差和稳定性、基线噪声和漂移、最小检测浓度、定性和定量重复性作为校准项目。提出参考计量技术指标,泵流量设定值误差不超过±2%,泵流量稳定性不超过2%,基线噪声不超过0.025,30min基线漂移不超过0.25,最小检测质量浓度不大于0.05μg/L,定性重复性不大于1.5%,定量重复性不大于3%。通过校准实例对校准方法进行验证,证明建立的校准方法合理可行,可为超痕量六价铬分析仪的计量校准提供参考。The calibration method of ultra-trace chromium(Ⅵ)analyzer was established.Based on the working principle and structure of the ultra-trace chromium(Ⅵ)analyzer,with reference to the instrument's factory index and the JJG 823—2014"Verification Regulation of Ion Chromatographs",the main calibration items were selected including pump flow setting value error and stability,baseline noise and drift,minimum detection concentration and measurement repeatability.The reference technical specifications were put forward,the pump flow setting value error should be within±2%,the flow stability should not be more than 2%,the baseline noise should not be more than 0.025,the baseline drift in 30 min should not be more than 0.25,the minimum detection mass concentration should not be more than 0.05μg/L,the qualitative repeatability should not be more than 1.5%and the quantitative repeatability should not be more than 3%.According to a calibration case,the calibration method was verified,and proved that the established calibration method was reasonable.This calibration method can be used as a reference for the calibration of the ultra-trace chromium(Ⅵ)analyzer.
