对称式夹具体结构设计的多件装夹方法应用研究

摘  要:为提高夹具整体刚性,保证工件在大规模定制批量数控加工中的质量,研究了如何合理设计多件装夹的夹具体结构。以某制动泵体件夹具设计为例,通过三维有限元分析方法,比较无拉杆式、两根拉杆式、三根拉杆式的夹具体结构,得出有拉杆式夹具体结构比无拉杆式夹具体结构的夹具整体刚性好,且三根拉杆式夹具体结构的夹具刚性最好。提出一种对称式夹具体结构设计的多件装夹方法,可避免三根拉杆式结构的复杂性,比较拉杆式和对称式装夹加工工件质量可得:采用对称结构的夹具装夹工件,其加工质量最优,能更好地保证加工质量。In order to improve the overall rigidity of the clamp,and ensure the quality of the workpiece in mass customization batch CNC machining,the design of fixture structure of multi-piece clamping is studied.Taking a brake pump body fixture design as an example,through the three-dimensional finite element analysis method,the fixture structures of clamps without pull rod,with two pull rods and with three pull rods are compared,and it is concluded that the overall rigidity of the clamp with pull rod clamp structure is better than that without pull rod clamp,and the clamp with three pull rod clamp structure is the best.A multi-piece clamping method for symmetrical fixture structure design is proposed,which can avoid the complexity of three pull rod structures.By comparing the quality of the workpiece processed by the pull rod type and symmetrical clamp,it is concluded that the processing quality of the workpiece clamped by symmetrical structure is the best,which can better guarantee the processing quality.
