摘 要:目的探讨基于“雨课堂”的BOPPPS教学模式在手术室护理临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取山东大学齐鲁医院手术室参加手术室护理临床实习的护生为研究对象。将2020年10—12月参加实习的护生为对照组,采用传统方式教学;将2021年1—3月参加实习的护生作为观察组,采用基于“雨课堂”的BOPPPS教学模式。比较两组护生临床教学效果和自主学习能力的差异。结果实习结束时,观察组护生理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩均高于对照组护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生自主学习能力测评量表中的自我管理能力、学习合作能力两个维度的得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但信心能力得分,两组护生差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于“雨课堂”的BOPPPS教学模式能提高手术室护理临床教学效果,并有助于激发护生学习兴趣,提高护生自主学习能力。Objective To discuss the application effect of BOPPPS teaching mode based on"Rain Classroom"in the clinical teaching of operating room nursing.Methods Nursing students participated in the clinical practice of operating room nursing.The nursing students who participated in the internship from October to December 2020 were taken as the control group with the traditional teaching method.The nursing students from January to March 2021 were taken as the observation group and the BOPPPS teaching mode based on"Rain Classroom"was adopted.To compare the difference in the clinical teaching effect and self-directed learning ability between the two groups of nursing students.Results At the end of the internship,the scores of the theory examination and operation examination of the nursing students in the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-management ability and learning cooperation ability in the evaluation scale of nursing students in the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but the score of confidence ability was significant,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The BOPPPS teaching mode based on"Rain Classroom"could improve the clinical teaching effect of operating room nursing,and help to stimulate nursing students'interest in learning and improve the independent learning ability of nursing students.
