摘　　要：目的探讨基于人格分型的“一点二源”适应性护理干预在尿毒症血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年4月—2022年4月医院收治的尿毒症血液透析患者118例。按组间基本资料具有可比性的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组59例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上行基于人格分型的“一点二源”适应性护理干预。比较两组干预前后的心理状态、遵医行为、自护能力变化及并发症发生率。结果观察组干预后心理状态各维度评分均低于对照组,遵医行为、自护能力各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于人格分型的“一点二源”适应性干预应用于尿毒症血液透析中可改善患者心理状态及遵医行为,提高自护能力,降低并发症发生率。Objective To study the effect of personality typing-based adaptive nursing intervention in uremic hemodialysis patients.Methods 118 uremic hemodialysis patients were admitted to the hospital from April 2021 to April 2022.According to the principle of comparable basic data between groups,they were divided into observation groups and control groups,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was given the usual care intervention,and the observation group received the"one-point two-source"adaptive care intervention based on personality classification on the basis of the control group.The psychological status,compliance behavior,changes in self-care ability and the complication rate were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of the psychological status of the observation group were lower than the control group,the scores of the compliance behavior and self-care ability were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion"One-point two-sources"adaptive intervention based on personality classification can improve the psychological state and medical compliance behavior,improve the self-care ability and reduce the incidence of complications.
