循序减压弹力袜联合足底泵预防妊娠期下肢深静脉血栓的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨循序减压弹力袜联合足底泵预防妊娠期下肢深静脉血栓的护理效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年7月医院收治的132例妊娠期孕妇作为研究对象,按组间基本资料匹配原则将其分为对照组和观察组,各66例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受循序减压弹力袜联合足底泵预防护理干预。比较两组孕妇妊娠期下肢深静脉血栓发生率、下肢静脉血流速度、凝血指标、护理满意程度、生活质量等。结果观察组孕妇妊娠期下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后,观察组孕妇股静脉血流量(BF)、平均速度(Va)、股静脉血流峰速度(Vp)高于对照组;纤维蛋白原(Fib)、D-二聚体(D-D)低于对照组;部分活化凝血活酶(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)高于对照组;生活质量量表(SF-36)评分高于对照组;组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇对护理的满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在预防妊娠期下肢深静脉血栓过程中,采用循序减压弹力袜联合足底泵的护理模式,可改善孕妇下肢静脉血流速度和凝血指标,降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率,提高孕妇妊娠期生活质量。Objective To explore the nursing effect of sequential decompression elastic socks combined with plantar pump in preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity during pregnancy.Methods 132 pregnant women during pregnancy admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the matching principle of basic data between groups,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 66 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received sequential decompression elastic socks combined with plantar pump preventive nursing intervention.The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,lower extremity venous blood flow velocity,coagulation index,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis during pregnancy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the femoral venous blood flow(BF),average velocity(Va)and femoral venous blood flow peak velocity(Vp)of pregnant women in the observation group were higher than the control group,fibrinogen(Fib)and D-dimer(D-D)were lower than the control group,activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)were higher than the control group.The quality of life scale(SF-36)score was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of pregnant women in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities during pregnancy,the nursing mode of sequential decompression elastic socks combined with plantar pump can improve the venous blood flow velocity and coagulation index of lower extremities of pregnant women,reduce
