6种心理干预方法对产后抑郁症患者抑郁情绪干预效果的网状Meta分析

摘　　要：目的通过网状Meta分析评价6种心理干预方法对产后抑郁症患者抑郁情绪的干预效果。方法检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网、万方数据库及中国维普全文数据库中关于心理干预方法对产后抑郁症患者抑郁情绪干预效果的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2022年3月20日。根据纳排标准筛选文献,提取文献信息并进行质量评价,使用STATA SE 16.0进行网状Meta分析。结果共纳入35项随机对照试验,包含6种心理干预方法,合计4441例患者。网状Meta分析结果显示,6种心理干预方法对产后抑郁症患者抑郁情绪的干预效果由高到低分别为音乐疗法、基于网络的认知行为疗法、正念疗法、人际心理疗法、面对面认知行为疗法、行为激活疗法。结论音乐疗法对产后抑郁症患者抑郁情绪的改善效果最好,可考虑优先选用。Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of 6 psychological intervention methods through mesh Meta-analysis.Methods Randomized controlled trial of the effect of psychological intervention methods for depression in PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,The Cochrane Library,Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM),CNKI,Wanfang database and Chinese VIP full-text database,the search period was conducted until March 20,2022.Literature was screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,literature information was extracted and quality evaluated,and mesh Meta-analysis was performed using STATA SE 16.0.Results 35 randomized controlled trials including 6 psychological intervention methods were included in 4441 patients.The results of mesh Meta-analysis showed that the effects of six psychological intervention methods on depression were music therapy,Internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy,mindfulness therapy,interpersonal psychotherapy,face-toface cognitive behavioral therapy,and behavioral activation therapy.Conclusion Music therapy has the best effect on depression in postpartum depression,and should be considered initially.
